Roman Ivanov is a highly accomplished Certified Public Accountant and the Managing Partner of D’Alessio, Tocci & Pell, LLP accounting firm. With years of experience in tax and accounting services, he oversees the work of junior tax staff and conducts financial statement audits for the firm’s clients. Mr. Ivanov specializes in international tax reporting, specifically FBAR and FATCA.

He started his career working with entertainment clients at a small firm and later worked for a national accounting firm where he focused on US subsidiaries of foreign corporations. Roman holds a BBA in Accounting and an MS in Taxation from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.
